Our Process

At The London Display Company, our priority is to help our clients at every step of the way. We keep it easy all the way from the first design meetings, to the actual production of your retail merchandising units, lending a hand with the delivery and installation, all the way to the dismantling and storage of your custom merchandising unit if needed.

Step 1 – design

The design of your RMUs is one of the most important parts of the process; so it’s important to get it right.

We begin by working with you on designing your retail merchandising units, creating everything from full-colour visuals through to detailed working drawings. This means we can work together with you to get your vision down on paper, before we start building.

Step 2 – Build

Our in house team of specialists will then construct your stand, using their years of experience in bespoke joinery to bring your visions to life.

With over 25 years in the industry, we combine bespoke joinery, precision fabrication and full project management to ensure every element is delivered to the highest standard.  As well as our expertise in wood fabrication, we can also take care of any custom printing or 3d signage for your merchandising unit.

Step 3 – Delivery & Installation

We’ll handle the delivery of your new merchandising unit to the premises, and help you set it up if needed.

When we’ve finished building your merchandising units, we’ll handle the delivery and full installation service, making sure all of the different components arrive safely, and can be put together without a hitch. Our team manages the entire process on site, taking care of logistics and assembly so you can focus on your event.

Step 4 – Storage

If you’d like us to, we can then take your RMU, dismantle it, and store it – out of the way, but ready at a moment’s notice.

After you’re finished with your retail merchandising unit at a location, we can help to dismantle it and store it securely for you. Many of our merchandising units are designed to be reused or reconfigured, which means you can get more value from your investment and adapt your unit to suit future layouts. Our storage service takes away the hassle of finding space yourself and ensures your unit is kept in safe hands, ready whenever you need it again.
