Our Approach
AQA required an exhibition partner capable of supporting a varied programme of events, from major education exhibitions and outdoor activations to smaller, more focused private events.
At the Festival of Education, held within the grounds of Wellington College, the environment presented a different set of considerations to a traditional exhibition hall. Detailed site visits, careful planning and close coordination with groundskeepers, event organisers and other stakeholders were essential to ensure each installation worked within the setting.
Across four consecutive years at the Festival of Education, we developed and refined AQA’s presence to suit the location, audience and practical demands of the event.
Each build was planned around the site itself, creating a smooth installation process while protecting the surrounding environment and maintaining a high standard of finish. Combining bespoke fabrication with adaptable modular elements let us respond to very different spaces and objectives without starting again each time.
Designed to be Reused
Wherever practical, stand components were stored, adapted and reused across future events. This helped AQA make better use of its budget while reducing material waste and maintaining a consistent brand presence.
Bespoke features included a custom-built MDF entrance arch and seven-metre-wide polystyrene lettering, creating strong visual impact while remaining appropriate for a temporary outdoor environment.
